On Friday we headed up to the beautiful mountains for a little roasting party! We are so spoiled here in Oregon because one hour west we have the coast and about 30 minutes in every other direction we have national forests with awesome camping and hiking possibilities. We LOVE it! So this weekend we joined a bunch of our best friends for tasty tin-foil dinners, s’mores and hot chocolate! We had a beautiful view, awesome food and wonderful company. What a fun night!
